Refunds and Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely happy with our goods and the item is unused and in a re-saleable condition (the packaging is intact and there are no marks on the product) you can notify us within 7 working days. Please provide us with your order number, name, address, details of the product and the reason for return. Customers will be responsible for the cost of returning unwanted goods. All products returned should include all parts, accessories, instructions and packaging, and will be thoroughly checked by our Dispatched Department.
- No refunds or exchanges will be issued for orders older than 21 days, calculated from the date of payment confirmation.
- Refunds and Returns will be processed within 7 working days once the issue has been resolved and/or the goods have been received back.
- Refunds will only be made via EFT.
- Initial delivery cost will NOT be refunded.
